DON'T SUFFER ALONE

JOIN THIS BI-WEEKLY SUPPORT AND THERAPY GROUP FOR

PEOPLE LIVING WITH CHRONIC PAIN and/or ILLNESS

Picture

More and more people are struggling with chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, mental health problems and other "invisible" symptoms of distress.

Given how implicitly isolating the experience of being in pain can be, it's especially important to find outlets for connection and understanding to resist the pull of depression and hopelessness.

This group will meet every other week to provide participants a place to speak openly about their symptoms, their suffering, their search for healing and their relationships ( with family, friends, strangers, caregivers).

By speaking with others who share similar struggles, group members will find relief and understanding and both give and get support.

Furthermore, we will explore mind-body skills that help cope with pain and other suffering and some of the newest insights from neurology and other sufferers' successes in healing and coping that may be helpful along the way.

THIS GROUP IS NOT CURRENTLY BEING OFFERED, BUT INTERESTED POTENTIAL PARTICIPANTS ARE WELCOME TO INQUIRE ABOUT FUTURE POSSIBLITIES

THE DAY AND TIME for MEETINGS IS TBD; a 3-MONTH INITIAL COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED

EACH MEETING WILL LAST 1 1/2 HOURS and WILL COST $100*
