Being a professional in New York City can be an exhausting experience. Long hours spent conforming to the demands of bosses, colleagues and clients may be stimulating and rewarding, but also draining and frustrating. Too often, success comes at a price.
Especially since the pandemic, many people are struggling with residual stress, isolation and difficulty adjusting to change. Striking a balance between work and one's personal life may seem more challenging than ever, as we adjust to working from home and/or returning to the office.
This group is a place to find support from like-minded individuals. We will create a confidential space where emotions can be shared freely and people can experience the power of the group process: giving and getting feedback from others and normalizing the struggles of managing both professional and personal life.
WHO: This group is appropriate for people of all gender identifications, sexual orientations and racial or cultural backgrounds. Some experience with therapy is helpful, but not required.
